What we collect

When a dealership signs up for VDPTXT, we collect the information provided in our onboarding form: dealership name, store contact name, email, and phone; website URL; website and inventory-feed provider contacts; and the CRM lead email address. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to set up and operate the VDPTXT service for your store: coordinating with your website and inventory providers, delivering leads to your CRM, billing your subscription, and providing support.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run VDPTXT: Stripe (billing), our CRM (customer records), and — with your authorization — your own website and inventory-feed providers during setup. We do not sell your information.

Shopper SMS messages

SMS conversations between car shoppers and your dealership are initiated by the shopper and are subject to the consent language displayed alongside the SMS button on your website. Opt-out requests are tracked and honored.

Retention & your rights

We keep account information for as long as your subscription is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
